Background Checks for Candidates

At yesterday’s (June 14, 2022) Palm Coast city council meeting during the public comment, a person suggested that candidates for elected office should have a criminal background check done and made public. I have posted mine many times. The background check should also include criminal traffic violations if any such as DUIs. I have no criminal history during my 39 years in Florida nor any other state or country.
